Then we can work together to first analyze the target property, view the property to calculate costs, and if it meets your needs, I’ll handle the offer process and negotiate the best possible price. Right now the Hamilton market is extremely competitive in this sector so you’ll need to be prepared to move quickly. Recent clients have experienced competition with multiple offers on properties, so they're typically selling over asking price. This also means no conditions like financing or home inspections. That obviously means more risk but it will be worth it. So again you’ll need to have your financing in order, have a good grasp of home construction and know your renovation costs.
